Founder

Kimberlie Wagner is the Founder of The Haddon Foundation. After creating Haddon Home Care to support families with compassion and dignity, she saw firsthand the struggles people face navigating overwhelming systems like Social Security. Inspired by Elizabeth Haddon’s values of courage and community, Kimberlie founded The Haddon Foundation to provide advocacy, education, and hands-on support, ensuring that no one has to face these challenges alone.

Board President

Jennifer French is an award winning nonprofit executive and strategist recognized for transforming organizations through inclusive leadership and innovative partnerships. As President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Southern New Jersey, she led a 184 percent revenue increase, revitalized programs, and built corporate alliances across 13 hospitals. A Titan 100 honoree, proud member of Chief, and bilingual leader, Jennifer is known for uniting philanthropy, business, and community to drive measurable impact and for her belief that meaningful change begins with human connection.

Vice President

After raising her four children in Medford, Kristy Day has always held a special place in her heart for caring for others. She has worked as a companion for her elderly neighbor and supported her husband’s business, giving her a unique perspective on both personal and professional caregiving. Kristy understands firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to face difficult situations without guidance or support, and she is excited to be part of this organization’s mission to assist individuals navigating the Social Security office and beyond.
